The current ArcadeUnion website is static and does not contain a server-side account system or contact form. Your hosting provider may still record standard access logs such as IP address, requested URL, user agent and time of request for security and operations.

Email

If you contact ArcadeUnion using the mailto link, your message is handled by your email provider and the recipient mailbox provider.

Wallet features

The member dashboard lets you connect a wallet. Connecting by itself sends nothing to us: your balances are read directly from the public blockchain by your own browser, and there is no account to create.

Two things you can choose to do DO store your wallet address on our server, and both are opt-in and reversible:

• A public gamer profile. If you create one, we store your wallet address, the gamer tag you chose and what you told us you play. Turning the profile off removes it from public view immediately, and you can ask us to delete it entirely.
• Linking a Discord account. If you run the link command in our Discord, we store your Discord user ID alongside your wallet address so the two can be recognised as the same member. Nothing else from Discord is read — not your messages, not your other servers. Ask us and we will unlink it.

Both require you to sign a message proving the wallet is yours. We never see a private key, and a signature is not a transaction.

Two actions ask your wallet to do something: claiming rewards, which is a transaction you approve yourself, and authorising a node, which is a message signature that costs nothing and moves nothing. Neither shares any personal information, and neither this site nor anyone from ArcadeUnion will ever ask for a seed phrase or a private key, by any means, including a Discord message.

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking of any kind, and stores nothing in your browser.
