How rewards accrue
A node earns for two things: the game content it holds and can prove it still holds, and the bytes it actually delivers to players. Holding a licence on its own earns nothing, and there is no uptime requirement — a machine on for an hour a day simply delivers less than one on all day, and is paid accordingly.
Your link, and who used it.
Anyone who buys a licence through your link earns you a reward on every licence they take. Share it wherever you like — it is just your wallet address on the end of an ordinary page link.
Your referral link

The link carries your wallet address, so anyone you send it to can see it and look up what it holds. Whoever follows it does not have to install anything or do anything differently — a purchase made after following it names you as the referrer.
What you have earned
Reading this asks for one signature. It proves the wallet is yours, so the page shows you your own referrals and nobody else’s — it approves nothing, spends nothing and moves nothing.
A name, and who gets to see it.
Your wallet already carries a history: which games you have played, what they vouched for, where you placed. A tag puts a name on it. Whether anyone else can see any of that is entirely your choice, and it starts as no.
Made a game yourself? That goes through the launchpad rather than a profile field — a claim about who built something needs checking, and a wish does not.
Saving asks your wallet to sign a short message naming the tag and the visibility. It authorises no transaction and moves nothing. Turning public off takes effect immediately.

Authorise a node.
Running a node means putting software on a machine that has to prove it is yours. It does not mean putting the wallet that holds your licence on that machine — a licence is a transferable asset and a small server is not where its key belongs.
Instead the node generates its own throwaway key, and you sign a one-line authorisation here linking that key to your licence. The signature costs nothing, moves nothing, and can be replaced at any time by signing again.
