Built in the open.
Community led. Transparent by design.
A simple principle.
ArcadeUnion is being built around a simple principle: the people who play, build and power the ecosystem should be able to see how it works and have a voice in where it goes.
We want development to happen in the open. That means sharing what we're building, what we're working toward, what succeeds — and what doesn't.
What we intend to make visible
As ArcadeUnion develops, our goal is to make important ecosystem information visible wherever practical.
Transparency isn't a roadmap feature. It's part of the foundation.
Games first. Infrastructure underneath.
Games first
The project starts with playable experiences rather than a token looking for a use. Shared node, wallet and reward services exist to support the game portfolio — not the other way around.
The Union
The name reflects the goal: multiple games and communities connected by shared infrastructure and transparent rules, while still allowing each game to have its own identity.
The Union should actually belong to the Union.
ArcadeUnion isn't intended to become a platform where a small team decides everything forever. Players, developers, node operators and community members will help shape the games we build, the features we prioritise and the direction the ecosystem takes.
Community members
Can propose ideas.
Developers
Can bring games.
Players
Can test and provide feedback.
Node operators
Can help power the infrastructure.
As governance develops, the community can gain an increasingly meaningful role in decisions affecting the wider ArcadeUnion ecosystem.
Funds with a purpose, not a wallet address.
Our long-term goal is a transparent, multisignature ecosystem treasury with activity visible on-chain. As community governance is introduced, proposals, voting results and treasury decisions should be publicly visible. Funds allocated for development or ecosystem initiatives should have a clear purpose rather than disappearing behind an unexplained wallet address.
Where appropriate, the community should be able to ask:
And find an answer.
The transparency page sets out what is independently verifiable today and what is only reported.
It doesn't need every idea to be perfect.
ArcadeUnion doesn't need every community idea to be perfect. It needs people willing to contribute them.
Bring something
Suggest a game. Submit a proposal. Build a game of your own.
Push back
Challenge an idea. Report a problem. Tell us where we've got it wrong.
Try it
Test something we've built and say what did and didn't work.
Some ideas won't be practical. Some will fail. Others could become the next ArcadeUnion game, feature or project.
On decentralisation, plainly
We'll never pretend every decision can be made by committee, particularly while the technology is being built and secured. But as ArcadeUnion matures, our intention is to progressively move appropriate decisions and influence toward the community.
No mystery. No closed doors. No pretending to be decentralised before we are.
Come and build it with us.
The community channels are where proposals, feedback and testing happen.
