The map is a real place
Two theatres: 123 provinces across the British Isles and 94 across France, with the roads and borders taken from real geography rather than drawn by hand. You can fight in both at once.
It carries on without you
Columns march, factories produce and stockpiles fill whether or not you are logged in. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, and find a different war waiting. Everyone starts at peace — war has to be declared in the open, twelve game hours before it begins.
Not finished, and that is the point.
It is playable today and still being worked on. Things will change and things will break.
