The Last Lighthouse — a point-and-click pixel adventure game
Light it. Something answers.
Elias Wick is an enthusiastic and spectacularly underqualified lighthouse keeper, newly arrived on the remote island of Morrow’s End. His first job looks simple: get inside the lighthouse and light it. The lighthouse is locked.
No scoreboard here
This is a single-player adventure, so there is nothing to rank. What you do still counts elsewhere: the game carries a mission board that tracks one objective in each Arcade Union game.
No account and no wallet are needed to play.
A 1990s adventure, built new.
Classic point and click
Look, talk, pick up and use. Puzzles interlock rather than queue up, so the island opens out as you work out what connects to what — in the tradition of the early-1990s adventures, with entirely original characters, places and writing.
Hand-crafted pixel art
Drawn in a 1990s VGA-inspired style, a frame at a time. It starts as comedy and mystery and turns gradually eerier.
Early, and shaped by the people playing it.
The first rooms are playable today and the island is still being built. Things will change and things will break.
Play it, break it, say so
Adventure games live or die on whether a puzzle is fair. If something made no sense, that is the most useful thing you can tell us.
